Dr.Jens Rassweiler started his Urological Education in 1982 at Katharinen hospital, Stuttgart. From 1988 to 1994 he was the Vice-chair of the Department of Urology, Medical School Mannheim. He was involved in the clinical introduction of extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy including three generations of lithotripters. In 1992, he was the first German Urologist to perform a laparoscopic nephrectomy. In 1994, he became the Chairman of the Department of Urology and Pediatric Urology at SLK Kliniken Heilbronn, University of Heidelberg. In 2020, he was president of the German Society of Urology (DGU). He was elected as the Chair of the faculty of Urology and Andrology of the Danube Private University in Krems, Austria in the year 2022.

Dr Elisa Berdondini studied medicine and surgery and she is specialized in urology at the University of Florence. The five years of specialization were intense, educational and very constructive, she realized that she was studying and learning to do what she had always wanted, surgery. As soon as she specialized, in 2005, she started working at the Center for reconstructive surgery of the urethra and genitals in Arezzo where she learned many surgical techniques and she was able to see national and international colleagues at work, in reference to urethral and male genital pathology In 2015 she started her activity as a consultant in reconstructive surgery of the urethra and genitals at various health companies and she was part of urological groups. In 2017, after having visited some women with urethral strictures, she decided to dedicate herself also to the reconstruction of the urethra and female genitals. She have transferred and adapted all the surgical techniques, learned for male pathologies, to the female anatomy, looking for less and less invasive solutions.

He is a Professor and Urologist at the Department of Urology, Biruni University in Istanbul, Turkey. He studied at the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Ankara between 1981 and 1987, and has completed his specialization in Urology at the same university. He became a Professor of Urology in 2003. He is the author of over 210 articles published internationally and 200 presentations at international congresses. His main field of interest is represented by endourology and pediatric urology. He is a reviewer of multiple medical journals, including the Journal of Urology, European Urology. Journal of Endourology, etc.

He is currently Professor of Urology with Clinical Scholar designation and serves as director of clinical research as well as the urologic oncology (SUO) fellowship director at the University of Southern California (USC) in Los Angeles. His main interests include bladder cancer, advanced kidney cancer and testicular cancer. He is a leading authority in the management of complex germ cell tumors and nerve-sparing retroperitoneal lymph node dissection (RPLND) following chemotherapy for advanced testicular cancer and is one of the highest volume surgeons for this disease in the country. He also has extensive experience in the management of advanced kidney cancers with vena caval tumor thrombus involvement, as well as prostate cancer, retroperitoneal sarcomas and surgeries requiring replacement of the great vessels.

He is a Professor of Urology at the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine. He is the chief of the Urology Section at the Shadyside/Hillman Cancer Center, and also the director of the Urologic Oncology Program. He graduated from Columbia College with a degree in European History followed by obtaining a medical degree at Mount Sinai Medical School in New York City. Following surgical and urologic residencies at the University of Pittsburgh he did a 2-year post-doctoral fellowship in Urologic Oncology at the University of California, San Francisco. Since that time,he has published over 45 peer-reviewed articles centering on prostate cancer outcomes and basic science research in genomics. His clinical practice is focused on robotic prostatectomies, bladder cancer surgery including male/female neobladder reconstruction, kidney cancer surgery including robotic partial nephrectomies, and testicular cancer surgery.

He graduated in 1988 from the School of Medicine at the Catholic University of Leuven, Belgium. After completing his residency at the Johannes Gutenberg University of Mainz (Germany) in 1994, he became a staff member in that hospital until 1996. With the aim of improving his laparoscopic skills, he also did a fellowship at the Washington University of St.-Louis (Missouri, U.S.A). Since 1996, he is Urologist in the O.L.V. Hospital in Aalst, Belgium. On December 5th 2011, he successfully completed his PhD study at the University of Saarland (Homburg-Saar, Germany). His main fields of interest are urological oncology and minimal invasive surgery. In 2001, he was one of the first to start with robot-assisted surgery, with a track record of over 3500 robotic procedures today. Being a pioneer in this field, he developed different important techniques and best practices that were adopted by colleagues all over the world. He introduced laparoscopic and robotic surgery in his department and under his impulse, the OLV Hospital evolved into a robotic expert center with over 650 robotic procedures per year. In 2010,he founded the Orsi Academy, a multidisciplinary center for training and expertise in minimal invasive surgery.
